Our Members

Our group currently operates with the below statistics and the numbers grow year after year:

213 years of hunting experience.

147 years of archery hunting experience.

550 combined deer harvests to date.

313 combined archery harvests to date.

125 years as employees within Montgomery County, MD government.

Routinely travel out of state to hunt a variety of game animals: Virginia, West Virginia, South Carolina, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Kansas, Montana, South Dakota and Colorado.

We are always looking to increase the capacity of our group to meet and exceed expectations of new and existing clients. Our vetting process ensures that our members are willing and able to complete the services we offer safely and responsibly. The main components of our initial selection process are as follows:

• Oral Interview

• Explanation and proof of hunting/archery experience

• Required to have completed a state sponsored hunter safety course

• Required to have completed a bowhunter education course

• References from existing and/or past landowner of hunting property

• Shooting proficiency test

• Vehicle registration and Proof of Valid Driver's license

• Each year members undergo a post season evaluation to understand successes and areas of growth
